Harrassment
For the past three months, this company has been harassing me with phone calls every day. My dental office tells me that I owe no money on the procedures that I have had done so far.
The rest of the procedures that I need done, will resume this week. However, this company still harasses me. If it doesn't stop, I'm considering hiring a lawyer and suing!!!! My dental insurance is through the government and sometimes it takes time to pay it's claims.
I don't believe that a company should be constantly calling and harassing anyone. This is ridiculous, unnerving, unnecessary and it needs to stop immediately!

I keep getting calls and letters from Transworld Systems claiming O owe them $ 110 for using the Henry Hudson Parkway. My daughter did use the Parkway about 6 months or more ago and I paid the $5.50 fines directly to the MTAB&T in Albany, NY Transworld claimed They never received my payments, and I answered why should you as the fines were paid to NYS directly.
Some snotty young lady said I was supposed to pay Transworld the $110 collection fee.
I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said he wasn't there but she would transfer me to someone who could help me. Then the line went dead

Harassing Debt Collection Letters for a bill that was paid 5 months ago
Our bill to Texas Pain Relief was paid to them directly. They have cashed the checks and show our account at a $0 balance.
However, every month on the 1st we receive a bill from Transworld Systems stating we still owe the monies. We have called, we have written to no avail. If they would communicate with their clients to show they have been paid and listen to the persons they are sending the harassing letters too, they would know.
These letters need to stop, and they need to do their job. What more can you do to get the maddness to stop?

A learning experience
Up until just recently, I was a sales rep with TSI. Although the person who had brought me onboard was seemingly kind, I was never able to attain any clients-and now I know why.
Apparently this company has ticked off a lot of people, and has more than likely spread the word about the company being under-handed in its dealings. Although that has cost me my job with this company, I'm glad to be rid of them. I am an honest person, and really don't like the fact that so many of the successful reps are sneaky and lie to their prospects.
If I were to work with any other company as a sales rep, I would absolutely tell them I have a high level of integrity and strive to not sell something that isn't needed. I would like to apologize for the fact that I had sold my soul to this company, even if for the briefest of moments, hoping that I could help make a positive difference in people's lives.

Every 2 months I get a phone call from Trans world
Every 2 months I get a call from Trans World stating I owe $ 110 for using the Henry Hudson Parkway in NYC. I check on line at MTAB&T, and I always get no violations for my license plate number listed on their site.
My daughter has gone through the toll a few times and I have paid the fine. of $5.50.
Now this company states that I never paid the bills and want $55.50 for a $5,50 toll. I know they are a scam company trying to screw people out of their money, and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB in whatever state they are operating out of now, their record is only going to work against them
Collection for a parking ticket
My husband received a parking ticket of which he was not aware. It must have blown off his vehicle before he returned to it.
2 months after this, we received a notice from Transworld that we owed money. This was in Dec. 2015. I confirmed this with the city and ascertained that there had been a ticket.
We then paid Transworld the amount requested of $65.oo in Jan. 2016. Than in March of 2017 I started receiving calls that we owed more money. I spoke with a very rude rep.
who could not tell me why after more than a year they were wanting more money. I asked for a statement to be mailed to me. In the meantime, they have continued to leave messages when I was working. I have yet to have received a statement more than 2 weeks later.
I finally have a day off and time to call them to try and resolve this matter and the person I spoke with twice transferred me to a full voice mailbox. So, now I'm where I was before. Now what? This all so ridiculous.
I believe they said I owe $22.00. I can only imagine how difficult it would be if I had a large medical bill they were handling.
Preferred solution: Just leave me alone. I paid the amount that had been requested. if they wanted more money they should have ent a statement immediately.

In 2009 I went to crst to drive for them they said they would put me up in Iowa in their dorm for a week and due a test drive for them . They sent for me by bus durring the ride we had a breakdown causing a 3 hour delay when I arrived my room was given out to another trainee so my recruiter got me a room at a hotel about 3 miles from where I was supposed to be .
They where supposed to feed me at the dorm and give me a ride back to the hotel room. I had to feed myself, on day 2 I drove for about 1 1/2 hours the instructor said I was good to go but they were short 2 instructors one was on family leave they other had a car accident, so they told me to walk arround with the new drivers doing pretrips while I wait ,I was on secudule to drive at 10 am on day 4 I had no way of getting food and got tierd of training new drivers when I wanted to just get on the road which they wouldn't do so I called my old job and got it back I had to pay for my own transportation back by train .
I didn't sign up for the hotel room . That was on them and the way they treated me do ths rd their debt not mine,

Have you considered retaining an attorney for this matter? Many consumer protection attorneys will work on a contingency basis.
Transworld can well be violating the TCPA if they are calling you without your consent and with the use of a ATDS or robo-call.
Have you informed them to cease and desist?
