I pay for 5MBs for $55 and never get even close to 1MBs. 90% of the time I am at around 0.5MBs. TWN tech support has repeated been requested to correct this situation and they claimed that its normal.

Called today to see why my WI-FI was not working, AGAIN.... Was told my bill was not paid. After reviewing my records, I seen where the bank stopped it from going thur. I called yet again and paid the bill. I was told my internet service would be back on between then and an hour. Still have no internet service, and no one to tell me why..... Really TWN...

Have tried to contact several times to no avail. We have been without internet service for three weeks.

We have been with TransWorld Net for ten years. We have never, ever had issues with them. When there was a problem and we called customer service, they worked hard to find the problem and help resolve the issues by phone. If the issue could not be resolved then a Technician would be sent out. The employees have always, always been very nice and accommqdating , never condescending. Two weeks ago our Internet connection started going out. We called and went through the whole help by phone. Fourteen days later we called back because the connection was still not happening. I was told a Technician would be sent. Four days later, no Tech., so I called customer service. I was given to a tech by phone. We went through all the typical things to do......again.....for the third time. He was an arrogant, condescending, can't type the words because this review would be removed. He did not listen to anything I said and treated me like I was a toddler. He also pushed using Amazon to buy certain products, which I did not appreciate, as we do not do business with Amazon because of their business practices, and a company should not be telling its customers to use particular companies.
