All my experience with TFW is negative
The journey was changed with very little notice and a refund was not available. I booked for my husband who was travelling alone and aged 76.
His booking reference is: PROOEE5FL and he was expecting to collect his ticket at Aberystwyth and two changes en route.
Very short notice given of changes! Very poor service as Ive personally experienced previously!
