They had a scheduled appointment for a Monday morning, driver showed up at the wrong location. When advised of the correct location he attempted to leave and realized the truck was not functioning properly (not his fault). No communication of this for over 24 hours while the driver sat in the middle of our driveway. Once we were alerted we suggested that the truck be moved to the back lot out of the way and for safety reasons. The company had the tractor towed to a shop, left the trailer without moving it to safety, and did not supply the driver with another tractor for 3 additional days. We offered to help with a local company we work with, they refused. We requested they find a way to tow the trailer to safety, they refused. They advised that they would have a truck and be able to deliver Friday morning, they did not deliver until nearly 3 pm that Friday after being told that the delivery location receiving hours end at 2:30 pm. Customer service is abysmal! We will NEVER use this company again. There are several Diamond Transport companies out there, this one is from Laval, Quebec.
