I paid extra money to receive my items in two days and I haven't so please i need my extra money back thank you

I ordered a protein and something else but i paid extra money to receive it in 2 days and i haven't i want you gust to reimburse me the extra money I paid so please i need my extra money back to my credit card as soon as possible i will appreciate it in order to keep orders more products thank you so much i don't know how to send you a proof of purchase

Missing package and no answer from anyone

No one answered and it seemed to be the wrong number in general, it was a phone number for something to do with Verizon... My package said it was delivered, but it was not there. And they have not answered my email either. Definitely not very happy with them so far and I was really looking forward to trying they're preworkout. I just want a refund or have them mail me another to replace my first one.
