Call for heat pump repair 2 and a half weeks ago. Was given two separate repair dates.
No show, no call both times. Was given a third date for another week and a half. No guarantee they will show up or not. In a heat wave without air for almost 3 weeks.
I'm 75 years old with medical conditions and require AC.
Please help. Unit is under warranty and protection plan.

Complaint with getting my heat pump repaired. Had two appts no call no show on both.
In heat wave for two and a half weeks with no air. Heat pump is under warranty with protection plan and cant get anyone out here to help. They gave me a third date but who knows if that will even happen or not. I paid 10,500.00 for this unit and have so many issues with it.
Im 75 years old with health issues and need my AC fixed. I will never use this company again.

On credit report never had an account never barred money from the people and is on my credit report as $12 a month for 59 months I've been scammed by somebody or something and I think it's transformed
How do I feel about the carnation I'm *** pissed that's how I feel about it it's *** I'm sick of this *** I'm sick of people getting information and stealing money from you ridiculous Don't even think about talking to these people as crap

I should not have paid 312.31. I had a warranty that expired in may 2024 but in March 2024 I had a problem with refrigerator.
It took 5 mo for sears to find a part. But yet I had to pay because I was threatened that I would be sent to collections. How is it my fault? I paid the damn bill on Dec 4 2024.
Customer service told me it was covered. Now Im told it was a mistake because the company was upgrading something so it was mistake on their part for giving me misinformation.
Now Im being harassed to pay a bill I already paid for.

I don't have a cosigner. Am always on time paying my bills.
I experienced hardship this past 2 years do family situations. I drive for Uber and was in car incidents that damage all four tires and rims, oil pan, and other parts.
Thank God the passenger and myself was not hurt. However, Uber's deductible is very high $2500, plus I to come up with another $368.22.

WARNING**WOULD'VE GIVEN 0 STARS IF I COULD! I tried to get a loan several months back and they had approved me only if I got a cosigner, so i never signed anything or followed through w/ the loan.
For months now they've been charging my bank account for a loan I did not get. It may only be $5 per month but it's the principle of the whole thing.
It doesn't help that it's literally impossible to talk to a live person which is super frustrating & continue to get a *** recording...scam! Nobody's got time for their ***
