Charged for annual sunscription without consent
I used the 7 day trial for a once off transfer. I would have been happy to pay for 1 month but you charged for an entire year subscription which i do not want, do not need and DID NOT consent to. I urgently require a refund.

I used the free trial for a one time use and was then charged for an annual subscription without my consent. They emptied my account and have not responded to any of my emails or queries to customer support on their website.
Their refund policy is an absolute scam, charging people for ANNUAL subscriptions without consent.
