- They pay only 20 cents per mile and do not honor pay agreements.
- The last two paychecks did not come through.
Horrible did not draw a pay check at all, when it comes down to it, its 20 cent a mile they do not honor there agreements, And the last two pay checks never came threw, So if you have house bills run, And dont look back,

- Transam's lease/rental program feels gimmicky and traps you.
- I ended $3,000 in the hole and was billed $2,500 after quitting.
This company is a gimmick, they trick you into joining a lease program which in turn it is a rental program and It makes you go into the hole. I was there a year and got 3000 in the hole.
Then when I quit they sent me a letter in the mail saying I owe I them 2500 lmaooo. Do not ever work for Transam.
They all act *** when you try to talk to them and try to make it like you are the problem. I never got home when I requested it was always we will try I am in Chicago it is plenty loads going and coming there

Having the exact same issue now. I have been up since 4 am waiting on a relay so that i can get some home time.
It is now 12:30 am and i still have no sign of the other driver. I called them a number of times and each time i call i get a different eta. The dispatchers are clueless and very unhelpful. I would never wish this on anyone to get stuck in a place like this.
The only reason why i havent walked out tonight on them is because the future of my career depends on me making the right choices. And they would be to happy to stick me with an abandonment case.
So i will take this, get my hometime and when i'm back i will send them my 2 week notice. Please do not make the mistake of joining this fraud
