Tranquility Travel Vacations unreasonable

I tried for months to use the service we paid for to search for vacation and travel plans unsuccessful. I called numerous times, and left message explaining my problem without the problem being corrected. After six months, I was told by one individual, Joshua, that the problem was that a "Box" was not checked at the initial set up and that was the problem. I was assured the problem was fixed, but when I logged in, the same Login Fail continued to appear. I finally asked that our money be reimbursed. I was told that there was a 72 hours window within to get our money back. It is unfortunate that the individual, Issac Bennett, we purchased the plan from is no longer with the company, and even more unfortunate that we fell for his line that everyone in the company was a Christian and they always took care of their clients. I wasn't taken care of, I was taken to the cleaners for $5490.00.
