Was charged for service that I cancelled.
I signed up for an free 7 day trial and cancelled before the trail was up, then was charged for $9.99 for 3 times. I would like an full refund in the full amount of $ 29.97

Tranquility Spa, Mt. Sinai, NY: Can't trust your stuff there!
My wife bought a Groupon for a coloring and styling there. While the color and cut were fine apparently someone, and we think it's Fabian one of the assistants, sneakily took her eyeglasses when she complained about the hair wash he was wrecklessly doing. While my wife complained to the staff and "manager," and even called the police and filed a police report the place never offerred any type of apology or compensation for the missing glasses - an horrendous experience (like others, she has difficulty seeing without them). Their customer service STINKS!! They do not deserve any business if that's the way they treat their clients abd their clients' possessions. Believe me, they'll never get our business again...and if we can help it the business of anyone we know either. Be Warned...if you find yourself there, hold on to your possessions for dear life. I don't know about you, but we're not going to a place where you can't trust that your belongings won't be taken!
