I have been calling customer service since Saturday. I assume they were closed and left my voicemail as instructed.
The recording said I would get an answer in 24 hrs, I think but here we are four days later still no response. Also the voice mail says you can continue to hold and someone will be right with you but the phone hangs up.
Preferred solution: I need to return and swap cookware for another color

they all are searched up pretty bad. Of course, that happens to non-stick pans, but this happened in less than a year.
I spent a little extra money for their professional series hoping they would last a little longer than most. What should I do with all these pans with scrapes all cover them?
