Training and Treatment in Incompotence!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Initial intake is good, but treatment worsens after pay.
  • - Case managers are overworked and clients are overmedicated and labeled threats.

T.T.I. Treats their consumers well when they first come in and all paper work is filled out.

Once that is done and they have their pay, you are treated much different. Case managers are severly over worked and made to do more than what they are qualified for. They blame their problems on others within their so called system. They syphon money from payee accounts that are linked to S.S.I.

When confronted with this by and Employee they are fired. When confronted with this by a Client/ Consumer they are over medicated labeled as a threat and locked up. TTI does NOT one bit live up to their mission statement. The local Police can't stand TTI and their practices and seem to take things out on clients because of such.

All are very unprofessional in Mental health standards and should all be retrained properly. They occasionally also break the Hippa law. Employees speak aloud about internal issues with some clients.

If you are an employee and stand up for what is right they label and fire you. If you are a client you are labeled and then tagged in your medical file because of the over medicating Psych Dr.'s on staff who never listen to what their patients are saying, they only hear what they want to believe.

Loss:
$2500
Cons:
  • Deny proper mental health help
  • Labeled me and had me locked up for retaliation
  • Are legal drug pushers

Preferred solution: TTI should retrain all employees in mental health care and learn the mission statement. Upper management should be fired if they keep allowing fraud and SSI fraud to continue!

Being an ex employee they are speaking the truth. Both ACT and case managers are very unprofessional, they talk negative about consumers as well as talk outside the meetings about consumers.

They bully, manipulate, constantly adding their money their making for each unit etc. It's a disgrace and with such a high turnover alone says it all!

Training and Treatment Innovations, Inc. - Childish, unprofessional self-important liars

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The building is dilapidated and trainings are mandatory.
  • - Trainees are abused; there is name calling and staff are arrogant.

Many in the health care field will find themselves abused and mistreated by Training and Treatment Innovations, Inc. when they arrive at their dilapidated building for mandatory trainings.

It’s ironic that TTI teach how to work with difficult people when they set such poor examples themselves. Their agenda is to boost their ego by giving trainees the treatment and milk the clock. Being abusive is better than doing nothing at all. They are arrogant and engage in name calling and purposely give incorrect information about training times.

They are quick to exercise their might, blame others, and take power trips to their furthest possible conclusion. Their behavior is reprehensible, indecent, and in opposition to an industry that should put people first.
