Original review Oct 05, 2020

Im not angry at Trail master. Im having issues with the company I bought my trail master suspension kit through, I was verifying that they are the originators of the lie as I suspected. I appreciate the time and information that Chris was able to give me.

Trailmaster Suspension - Clicking noise/ Problems

Since we brought the trail master we have had to spend over $300 in repairs to get it working and all I get from you is an email. I would like a phone call back or something because it's very unprofessional of the company to not even call or anything.

We followed your videos as you have on YouTube and I still didn't start.

Then I had this noise that something was clicking in the motor, so I had to spend more money on that. I don't know if there is a warranty or anything I will tell everyone to Not get anything from your company

Trailmaster Suspension - Missing info and door parts required

the 3.5 inch lift kit came with everything but two big pieces the front track bar and the rear track bar relocation kit now it is best to get the adjustable track bars that's not needing the relocation kits but that will run you around $400 opposed to the relocation brackets for under $100 but it was never mentioned never brought up. And it caused my control arms to have bushing problems they are almost popped out because both axles little did I know we're shifted over about 2 and 1/2 in because these track bars were too short again they never mentioned it I highly recommend getting the adjustable track bars but in my situation being my track bars were fine as far as the bushings I went ahead and got the relocation kits and now I'm saving up for the adjustable ones

Pros:
  • Great prices
Cons:
  • You get what you pay for

Preferred solution: New control arms upper and lower

User's recommendation: before installing this kit either have adjustable track bars front and rear or go ahead and buy the relocation brackets for about $80
