Fraud

Subscription was cancelled however funds removed from account. Phone calls to resolve. This were unsuccessful as the system indicated it was always busy.

Selecting bike parks to plan a ride

I'd like to talk to someone to help with the trailforks app. When I click on bike park it doesn't open to show a detailed description like it used to and does on my iphone.

So its hard to plan a trip

No help whatsoever, very bad service. They just send you to someone who wants you to pay for Jhelum. This is nonsense.

I knew I paid for Pro $53. I was out on a trail and looked up a route.

The app had logged me out, and I could not see the route unless I paid for Pro. So, I thought clicking Pro would re-log me in. But no, I paid again and started a new account through Apple. So, in one month, I have paid $106 and have two accounts.

Customer service will not email back with any info. Guys, you can do better, can't you, both with customer care and not having an app that logs you out all the time and deceptively takes you to a page to pay for Pro every time you are logged out.

Does anyone want to start a class-action lawsuit with Outside? Let me know.

I thought that before an annual fee was placed on my credit card, I would be notified in advance so I could make a decision to keep the Trailforks app or not. I was not notified at all! My name is Marlin Browning and I would like to have this annual fee refunded to my bank account.

App lost all my rides

The text worked well for a few months and now it has quit. I lost all my recorded rides and hikes.

There is absolutely no help or support. I wish I could get my money back!

App isn't working and i bought it 2x

The app bugged out out of nowhere wouldnt let me search , sign in or even delete it originally. Then it did , i rebought it and its so messed up . Please help I dont even really care that I just paid for a year twice but I need the app to work help

Paid for yearly subscription, I've been canceled prematurely

No the issue was not resolved. The app doesn't have anyone to contact. I paid for a full year of Trailforks and got less than 6 months of service, the app believes I am on the trial period instead of the "pro" service

Its impossible to cancel subscription they have made it so that you cant cancel get discouraged and keep subscribing every year because of frustration

Terrible customer service

PRO app locked up when reloaded PRO subscription not recognized tired menu click to fix didnt fix. Tried numerous times to contact customer service no reply no answers to calls. On the road trying to use app this is ruining trip experience
