90% of the welds and steel on the floor frame were bare metal. A 16 foot row of steel floor support channels were not installed. Outside seems were not sealed allowing water to soak into wood flooring and walls.

User's recommendation: Inspect the undercarriage to ensure there is no bare metal or open seams that can cause water damage. The rear bumper is weak that supports the hinges for the cargo trailer ramp. If you happen to drag the rear of the trailer, you will rip the whole back off. I installed heavy duty angle iron to support the ramp, hinges, and bumper. also, be aware that all of the cargo trailer steel structure is bare metal not painted.
