I purchased one from Costco, and on the 3rd time using it, the pellet box started smoking during the cool down cycle.I immediately got out my ash vacuum cleaned and started sucking out the pellets. When I lost suction in the vacuum, I opened it up to empty it, and the pellets were smoldering. Had I not paid attention after the grill shut off during the cool down, I am sure I could have lost my house or garage or both to fire. Traeger failed me...
