Unable to contact anyone. I was trying.
To resolve a technical issue. But unfortunately there was no answer from the customer service side.
Funding for my account
- - Account not funded since yesterday.
- - Spoke with support and sent documents.
- - Called repeatedly and used chat with no response; platform is good.
Wired into my account yesterday. Almost end of day today and my account is still not funded.
Spoke to someone this morning, sent them the docs they needed.
I've been literally calling every hour (no one wants to pick up the phone) and sent messages through their chat portal. Platform is cool but their customer service is terrible
