- - Auto-renew lease scam: 12 months paid, move out.
- - They claim 60 days rent for not giving notice, totaling 14 months and warn military personnel.
This complex scams residents with auto-renew leases.
Basically, you sign a 12 month lease, pay for 12 months and move out. You uphold your end of the agreement. Then a few months after you leave they claim you owe an additional 60 days rent because you didn't give "notice". Even though you told them in the office you were moving. Even though you signed a 12 month lease they somehow want you to pay 14 months. SCAM!!!
If you check their reviews online, they are sooo bad I guess it explains why they have to scam people out of their money.
Watch out military especially!!!!!!
