Incorrect delivery date

I ordered 2 products from Trademark Hardware. Only 1 came in on time as promised.
After writing the company, I was told the product that wasn’t delivered, a bottom weatherstrip was in production and was another 10 days out. Now I have to wait another 10 days to deliver this to my client and that means 10 more days before I get paid. There’s a disclaimer that says items may be shipped separately, and I understand a day or two over in this case, but not 10 days. Don’t take their word on expected delivery.
This is no way to do business. How could you possibly plan out a job in a reasonable amount of time with this nonsense?

Photo is not even close to the product you will receive. I wanted a very clean threshold that would look nice in my entry ways.
This is garbage and received all damaged items. I emailed them and requested a full refund and a return shipper, it was ignored, they just sent me another shipment of the same junk. They said they were going to ship another set and I tried to stop it, they ignored my email. I have emailed them many times after receiving the second set and there is not response.
NO customer service at all.
Damaged finish, hole punched are very poor
1st photo is from their website tmhardware.com.
2nd & 3rd are what I received, the overall damage is hard to see, but just not a well manufactured threshold for a main entry way and not even close to their photo. They are just junk!
