Missleading sales, poor quality job done.
Salesman advised us if new cracks developed following the installation of the floor covering they would come out & fix it. When that very thing happened the owner stated that the salesman, Kevin Sweet, "would never say that". Not only did he, but so did the installer when questioned about that same concern. Now we not only have large cracks that have reappeared, but several low spots where water pools as well. We were advised by Kevin to fill in the one low area and all others should not be a problem when he sold us the project. As it turns out, the spot we addressed was the ONLY one that did not puddle. The owner, Mark Plumb has absolutely NO people skills and was not willing to help us in any way! Calls were not returned & when Mark finally did answer his voice was very raised & condescending! I would never recommend this company to anyone!
