I stayed in their collections villas for a weekend with my family and I had already paid through a third party, but they still went ahead and charged me apart from that. Their rooms blackout curtains were broken and missing.
My son left his sexual therapeutic pillow in the hotel and the maids didn't claim it to the lost and found; they are thieves. I never got a reply back for my regards missing Item.
