Not as advertised
I purchased 10 brackets to hold an acrylic handrail in a custom home. The website advertised the bracket that it fits 2 inch tubing.
I ordered a custom finish and my order arrived within one month. However, upon trying to install the brackets over the tubing, which was actually 1/16 smaller than 2 inches the bracket didnt fit. The bracket on the inside got smaller And would not accommodate the 2 inch tubing. When I called the company they refused to take a return because it was a custom finished, even though I explained to them, that if the bracket would fit, there would be no reason for my return.
The reason for my return was simply that the bracket was unusable and not as advertised. This company did not stand behind their product, and would not refund the money.
We built multi million dollar homes and use custom hardware all the time. This was the first and very last time I have used this company and I would not recommend to anybody who wants to have a good quality product.
