Get rid of the auto videos

I am a user and a paid subscriber of Trackwrestling. My 3 kids wrestle and I frequently use this website for tournament brackets and reviewing wresting profiles.

First, you can NOT simply just call this company for support or questions, which is really terrible. When I am checking tournament brackets and profiles videos of wrestling technique automatically starts to play and you just can't get rid of the video playing or even pause it. These videos just keep playing which then slows down this website and it takes a long time to just check brackets and profiles, especially when the internet connections are not good. Which is very frequent.

I do not understand why I am being forced to watch wrestling technique on a site that I am paying for? This also ends up using up my metered cellular monthly data.

On my lab top these video play in the back ground slowing down my computer. GET RID OF THE AUTO VIDEOS!gETGet

Picked wrong plan. Need a refund

I'm just a mom who wanted to see my kid wrestle on a Friday during the day. So I quickly log on to Trackwrestling and create an account.

Pretty misleading, if you ask me...I was thinking I was paying 12.50 for a one month subscription to view this event and they charged me for a year. With tax = 160.00. In hindsight, it was there in terms and conditions, but nonetheless misleading. I cancelled the subscription, asked for a refund and explained the circumstances through their website, because you can't call and speak with a person.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr... I'm not happy.

Still waiting for my refund. Was told 7 days ago that it would take 5-7 days after emailing with 3 different people.
