Picked wrong plan. Need a refund

I'm just a mom who wanted to see my kid wrestle on a Friday during the day. So I quickly log on to Trackwrestling and create an account. Pretty misleading, if you ask me...I was thinking I was paying 12.50 for a one month subscription to view this event and they charged me for a year. With tax = 160.00. In hindsight, it was there in terms and conditions, but nonetheless misleading. I cancelled the subscription, asked for a refund and explained the circumstances through their website, because you can't call and speak with a person. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr... I'm not happy. Still waiting for my refund. Was told 7 days ago that it would take 5-7 days after emailing with 3 different people.
