I bought 5 beacons a few months ago.They worked fine then one day I noticed the app showed my wallet and keys at my sisters 7 miles away. I reset beacons and reloaded app. Nothing. Then the app began to beep randomly all the time. The site offers a phone and chat and both send a canned message about how busy they are and to email.
