Fitbit makes you climb at least one flight of stairs every day and yet you can climb a ladder 30 times and it doesn’t register! RIDICULOUS!
I’m so fed up with this app.

I bought my TrackR a couple years ago. I set up the device and it was working as described, didn't have great range but it worked. I don't misplace my keys very often so it was many months before I needed to use it. First the battery was dead so I replaced the battery and come to find out the PIECE OF GARBAGE was dead, bam no longer working. What a crock of *** Piece of *** sold by a *** company. And what really pissed me off was there is not contact phone number to complain to just a worthless website. Oh well buyer beware.

I made a mistake and ordered 8 TrackR Pixels back around 4/18/2018 and received them in good condition, but I would like to return them in exchange for 8 TrackR Bravos. The Pixels are all still sealed as I had placed them in a drawer and left them there until now. I already have 10 TrackR Bravos and am very satisfied with them. I cannot order a new battery even though I get the warning on the android phone to tap free battery replacement. Cannot connect to chat.
There is no customer service number or e-mail address.
I will never buy there products again. Amazon should stop selling them
