My charge 2 broke after 5 months. Got replacement which never synced with the app.
App had bugs with that issue. I waited patiently for an app update. 3-4 updates passed with no solution to my issue. Called to ask to be sent a Charge 3 for all my problems with their product.
They would not send me the upgrade. I will no longer be a customer of their *** products.

i need a new battery so i clicked on need battery and i got your tracr may have and issue and directed me to live chat. Live Chat does not open up.
i tried it on my phone and my tablet.
I have tried it different places thinking maybe i did not have a strong enough wifi but nothing has worked. I wanted to chat using my computer on their website and i cannot find a contact number or email address or a chat button

Attempting to up grade or down load current maps. I was directed to call an 800 number. Doing so , I could not understand the supposed technician , language barrier, and was disconnected. calling back I still had difficulty , sounded as thought it was a busy office...
