Tracey Road Equipment

This company shouldnt even be rated a 1 but a 0, Movin Forward Logistics purchased a commercial vehicle that had a prior repair done through Tracey Road Equipment, this repair failed and caused major damage to the engine of the vehicle, the manufacturer deemed it a technician error but Tracey has refused to take responsibility for their negligence, the repair bill alone was over 15k, it has dragged on so long that the truck has been taken by the finance company due to nonpayment of the repair and damages to our business is adding up in the hundreds of thousands of dollars due to this. Putting our company on the brink of bankruptcy and closing our doors.

How do these big companies get away this? I have contacted the BBB, DMV, DOS Consumer Protection agency, FTC and the Attorney Generals office with no resolution. We are a very small female owned trucking company and we are being discriminated against! It has been shown by Tracey Roads CEO Jerry Tracey and his board of directors that they are blocking a resolution with no reason behind it other than clarification from the manufacturer which they have had for 2 months now.

it was his technician that did not do the repair properly and when your affiliation deems you responsible how do you just do nothing about it? These big shops make millions of dollars a year and have insurance to cover these expenses, why is doing the right thing by hard working people obsolete these days?
