We signed Michele Hardy-Rodriguez as our agent. She wrote a contract stating she would give us 40% and she keeps 60% for using her as our agent.
She showed us 18 homes in about six weeks. We didn't find the house we liked. Then she says she's not going to show us any more homes until we give her more money. Is this legal?
We called the broker Aaron Batson. He asked us to come in. We came in and this guy would not let us talk. He kept evading the issue of Michele abandoning her duties as an agent and asking "What do you do for a living?
Do you like to get paid?" Blah, blah, blah...I said when I sign a contract for a job, I do the job for the agreed upon amount not say, now you have to pay me more than we agreed. We begged. Please just cancel so we can buy a home. He said he's in charge and he won't cancel.
I can't believe the Ego and unprofessionalism of Aaron Batson. Do not use this company!

Do not believe all their phone baloney reviews, pretty easy to see it's fiction when you start reading them. Zillow and Trulia are absolutely fake and Yelp has been selling out to be phoney too.
