Worst customer service ever

Customer service is rude and extremely disrespectful. Never have I ever been talked down to like I have been by their customer service department. If you mail something into their buy list you better hope the one woman in charge is in that day or your package will sit around their warehouse while you wait to get paid. Avoid at all costs. You’re better off selling your toys and collectibles on the Facebook marketplace.

NIGHTMARE.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! I placed an order #333**** on 12/12/17 for 4 WWE action figures for total of $71.26 . This gift is for my 8 yr old who still believes in Santa. As of today; saturday 12/23, the order has not arrived, your office is closed (day before Christmas, wow) and there is no tracking information on my order., At least, a day before Christmas, you should have an operator to handle emergency situations like mine. If that order does not arrive by tomorrow, I DO NOT NEED IT. The package will go back to you and I will expect a refund to my credit card. I AM BEYOND WORDS! I can't believe that you would not be available for emergencies, just to give me the status of the order, which I am not getting on the site.

Cancelled my order without even telling me or refunding me.

This company is an embarrassment. I ordered 4 Counterbalance MtG cards from them on Friday and over the weekend, a price increase occurred on the card, so by Wednesday, when my order hadn't shipped yet, I called to be told all of this as if I should already know it. And I bet you can guess the reason why they cancelled the order... ..."inventory problems" which, in the mtg world, really means "we are greedy and liars". The customer service manager was even confused as to why I never received the supposedly automated email informing me of an inventory error, but still couldn't see how my not receiving the email supports my case of them withholding cards whose price has increased after a sale and that in fact there was no inventory problem. ToyWiz is awful. Apparently they have a habit of doing these things. Soon will be coming a video and blog review from a major blog and Youtube channel. These people need to be put out of business.

Poor Everything! From Items To Customer Service

Items arrived damaged, thrown in box. No care in packaging at all. Made it a complete hassle to return, even when I sent pictures of damaged items. Then could not replace all "Out of Stock". Pre-Orders never arrive, you have to call them, when they do answer, they never answer with Company name. Never their fault... It's UPS on damaged items or the manufacture didn't deliver to them, even when suddenly the items show up all over the net at double the price. Don't know what their game is, but highly suggest staying away from them. Complete waste of time and money

Pre order never recieved

I pre- ordered a figure from toywiz on 11-29-14. Today is 6-9-15 I have not received the figure yet. Every time I call to find out what the deal is some customer service rep gives me the same response , Like he or she is reading it from there manual. "The supplier pushed back the release date"Well the truth is the supplier did not push back the release date because people who ordered from there competitor have already received there item months ago. Now I'm stuck with a pre-order that was unfulfilled and every where else is sold out, Guess im stuck buying from eBay and paying double. Do not buy from Toy wiz ,terrible customer service they are happy to take your money on items they do not have or wont get.

Similiar issue with preorder. It was supposed to ship in July, but I still didn't have it come August.

I went on their site and they showed 6 in stock. I called and they said there was a computer glitch that caused by order to be skipped.

To their credit, they did ship my order out immediately then.

I've seen this same complaint several times on multiple sites though. Preorder from them is not worth it.

I had preordered the Hyrule Shield in late July, saying that it will be shipped in August.

August comes and goes. As it comes close to

September I check the website again.

"Pre Orders ship October!"

I've emailed Toy Wiz from their Contact Us page twice but I immediately get an email back saying it has failed to send.

I'm really hoping to get this by Halloween.

I just made my own shield in case, but the quality is not ideal as it's just made from cardboard and paint. I would cancel and order another from a different site, but I can't find an identical shield (I like this style in particular) for as cheap as $18

TOYWIZ.COM CANCELS ORDER

Poor customer service and no idea why they messed up. I ordered a toy from toywiz.com in plenty of time for Christmas. I received an e-mail confirmation and a phone confirmation that my order had been received and was on its way. 3 days later, they apparently changed their minds and just got around to telling me. I received an e-mail telling me the order was no longer in stock. Their delay meant that I had no time to order it from another retailer in time for Christmas. When I called to complain, they sounded confused, had no answers, and offered no sympathy. Also, no official complaint form.
