I did not expect a refund, was totally upfront with the fact I bought them on sale all I wanted was a plain and simple EXCHANGE. All toysrus tags and packaging was intact

Tried to exchange baby boots. Wrong size.

Cashier stated vehemently no way. I asked what was I supposed to do with them? He said, and I still cant believe someone would actually say this, guess youll have to find a baby that will fit them. Unbelievable!

I then asked for a manager. She saunters out, I explain I have no receipt, but would just like the next size up. Plain and simple exchange. Please keep in mind that all tags and strings were attached and they were obviously unworn.

She basically implied that without a receipt they couldve been stolen.
I did tell her that I would pursue this, to which she replied that I was to make sure that head office know how helpful she was. I could NOT believe this. From someone who is supposed to be a manager? No concern or empathy for the customer, who, by the way pays her paycheck.
Now, I have booties that dont fit, I was spoken down to, and really dont feel like my business is wanted.

Our grandson is only 17 months old, so I would normally shop for toys etc for him there.

I plan on warning all that I know about the deplorable service at the Kelowna toysrus. Bad very, very bad.

I am writing ye today see ye could get a donation for a little boy 9 and little girl 3 Their Mother past away in Oct this year with Rare Breast Cancer she is my cousin she just turn 40 in August. Poor customer service

I ordered a few items for my children and they sent out damaged merchandise. I then returned them at my expense only to be notified that they do not accept returns.

Buyer Beware! Read reviews before purchasing.

Toysrus Canada is having severe problems, difficulties distributing and delivering inventory to its customers. I do not recommend buying from them. They ship out damaged and defective items.

Will not refund returned items and they do not replace damaged items. They say that items are no refund or exchange. Terrible customer service, poorly managed and no accountability. It is pretty much a scam.

Sorry folks, there is no love for nostalgia these days. Submit your complaints to the BBB if you are experiencing the same issues with this company.
