I own a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with a matching Snugtop Camper.

In July of this year,approximately July 31; I paid full price to purchase a replacement back window from Toys for Trucks, 11352 Hesperia Rd, STE A, Hesperia, CA 92345. (760) 956-****.

I was told the window would arrive in 3-4 weeks.

As of today October 10, 2023 I still have not received it, and every time I call; am met with "be patient", "it comes from Mexico' and "we will call you as soon as we have tracked the shipment".

I spoke with another Snugtop representative and was told they could do nothing, and to be patient.

As this is a reflection of your company's business practice, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at the apathetic approach at dealing with your customers. I am a special education teacher and the lack of clear communication and delivery of a item I paid for leaves me wondering how successful your business plan will truly be.

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
