Never receive my order
I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order (Order Number: S378470), which, according to the email confirmation I received, has been marked as delivered. However, I have yet to receive the package, and this has caused significant inconvenience for me.
I have checked with my neighbors and around my property, but there is no sign of the delivery. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know how we can rectify this situation, as I rely on this order for my kids' Christmas gift.
