Original review updated Jan 15, 2024

Selected one Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2020 Pre Owned Certified with the base price of $33,508. They added $2,995 as Certification charges, $995 as reconditioning charges, then applied $2,000 discount.

Then applied Sales tax and other DMV charges and ended up on $39,211 with down payment of $7,000. They also ran my Credit report and at last when all numbers were final, they said this car is not certified nor there is any warranty available on

this. When I start arguing with them, they offered 7 years extended warranty. I was really upset, they said its Saturday, and now we are off, you can come on Monday for the pickup of car.

On Monday I called them and said, I don't want any warranty nor certification, just calculate my monthly payment on the based price, they refused to reduce the price and also said there is no extended warranty available. You have to take the car at price of $39,211 without warranty and certification.

The extended warranty we offered was valid only for that day.

May I know is this a way how Toyota deals with their customers?? Very disappointed!!
