Service Department Are Crooks
Took my car into Toyota of South to get brake pads. Reprogrammed software on my car without permission. Car is not properly working now. Talked to management, and they tried to manipulate me into selling my 2008 Camry. After reading reviews I have confirmed that this is a very shady operation. Manager of Fixed Operation stood by the shady customer service rep that tried to charge me $1500 for minor repairs. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR Here! They didn't fix my brakes, and my electrical system is completely disfigured. I don't think I can trust another dealership. Pathetic Company Beware!

Purchace of used vehicle that never passed emissions test
my sons grandmother paid cash for a used car at toyota south in morrow georgia on 7-02-2011 that has yet to pass emissions test to purchace auto tags. much worst they took advantage of her lack of know ledge and charged her over 2000..00 in repairs. this auto still has same problem. they told her they would have taken the car back if he had not repainted it. I TOLD HER THE PAINT JOB HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH NOT PASSING THE EM. TEST! NOW THEY FALSELY STATED THEY NEEDED TO REPLACED HIS TRANSMISSION TO PASS TEST--I STOPPED HER ACTION AND TOLD HER THAT YOU CUSTOMER SEVICE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS CASE AND/OR SEEK LEGAL ACTION
