Doesn't respect customers

Toyota Qatar - Doesn't respect customers
The staff of Toyota Qatar damaged my car and replaced the well working parts with damaged parts to force me to pay more money for them. I have reported the case for administration of Toyota Qatar, and the mother company of Sequoia Toyota Cars in U.S.A. and I have got no solution for the case and I am waiting for them to solve the case since four months, but I have got nothing.

User's recommendation: Do not deal with Toyota Qatar.

Showing how they have damage my car

Toyota Qatar - Showing how they have damage my car
Please, find attached the photo for stand of back door of my Sequoia Toyota car. They have put chemical materials in the stand and burn it to damage the computer of the car. Now, the computer of the car is not working properly because it has got damaged. Please, find attached the photo of this stand of back door.

Abuse of services Toyota Qatar

Please, I have contacted the chief of board of directors of Toyota Qatar by e-mail and I have got no response. Plus, I did not get any response from the company yet.

Please, on last Tuesday morning (2nd of Nov., 2021), I have contacted the company and requested them to solve the issue and repair what they have damaged because I do not have any problem with the company and this is not the first case, as they have damaged some parts before, and I have kept silent and tolerated my rights because I do not want to create problems despite they have made me pay $1000. However, I thought that the situation has changed, but I have found them abuse and insist on their behavior for the second time. Once again they have damaged another parts without any feeling of responsibility and respect for customer. Really, I am interested to know why they are acting like that and why they are harming because I have never misbehaved or harm the interest of others. Please, I have contacted them, and they have refused to solve the issue or repair the damage that they have done. So, please I am writing to you requesting you excercise pressure to get my rights back as I have customer and I have done nothing either against the company or the persons working in Toyota Qatar and I do not know them at all. Let the headquarter of Toyota decide the solution, bucause the Toyota Qatar dosnt want to solve the issue
