4 wheel alignment& oil change $700.

On Friday 09-18-2015, I went to Penske Toyota West Covina, to get my 2010 Camry SE, a 4 wheel alignment,I choose to wait for my vehicle as i was quoted 1.5 hrs for completion,service advisor William Nadler ii, comes over to me and says I need to show you something, takes me to my vehicle in the repair garage and the service tech says I can't take the drain plug out, that last person that changed your oil stripped it, I immediately said Penske W.C. is the only place that changes my oil, suddenly it changed to this is common with a vehicle of this mileage I said that is not a moving part, it doesn't matter how many miles the vehicle has, you guys over tightened it the last time I was here, he said you need to replace the oil pan to fix the problem he quoted me about $625, I said no way!

I spoke to the service manager Agustine Gonzales, and he made it sound as if they were taking responsibility and were going to fix it, turns out they wanted to charge me $200 to re-tap the oil pan, I said, listen I don't feel im responsible for this your service dept over tightened it last time I was here which was only about 3 mos ago, they never wanted to accept responsibility for this mistake, so the service advisor comes back to me and says Agustine Gonzales would split the cost with me, I reluctantly accepted as I just wanted it fixed and wanted to get out of that dealership, never to return!

I was a loyal Penske customer as their records can validate, however I will never step foot in that dealership again, to all of the consumers out there beware of Mr. Gonzales he is a "Snake" you've been warned!
