Toyota of Poway was charging $60 for diagnosing a noise coming from the steering of my 2010 Highlander. This not the first time that I made a complaint about this because another Toyota branch in the past have checked before and said they are unable to duplicate.
Even with an extended warranty Toyota will not do anything without the site of $$$. Don't buy an extended warranty because it is practically worthless.
For now I am living with this issue and soon the warranty will be expiring. I have two toyotas now maybe next I will look at a different brand.
