2015 Prius, mileage 78k Loud knocking when I started it. Had it towed in. Diagnosis: blown head gasket and needs new engine. $11,000 Had it towed to a reputable shop. Found a piece of carbon. No repairs needed! Car drives just fine.
User's recommendation: Don't ever go to Toyota of Portland on SE Broadway!!
