They don't show respect for customers rip people off ,still your money and vehicle, there other places better to deal with. Don't offer a good test drive only around the corner something that is not enough to test a vehicle and your trade is not considered with a good value,,I also ask for a general manager and they get me with another employee like the others never ever get with a manager
Preferred solution: Price reduction
Greedy Salespeople
This place is a shady, unethical, and greedy dealership. Just a bunch of salespeople who do not care about you and want to flip a profit.
I began signing paperwork for a trade-in for a new Corolla. After getting a bit of some cold feet and unsure if I wanted to go through with the deal, I said I'd like to back out, take a few days to think about it, and possibly come back to purchase the car. It was a huge decision, I was forking up cash upfront, and I was nervous and needed to think it through. NOPE.
Mr. Zoubi spoke to me and adamantly told me he now owned my former car and I was legally bound to the Corolla. I asked why we couldn't just shred the paperwork, act like it never happened, and I could go home with my car. He never gave a reason why I couldn't do that, but just said that I was bound to the decision and couldn't leave with my car.
I walked away an angry customer that day. Sure, legally Mr. Zoubi was correct, but it was an unethical and slimy thing to do. He did not care about customer satisfaction, he just wanted to make a quick buck when he could've just given me my car back.
Well you know what? You lost a potential returning customer. I will never buy another Toyota again after this. On top of that, I will be telling everyone never to shop here.
A few of my friends have already said they'll never come here based on my experience. I have also contacted the corporate office and am trying to get this resolved. I want my car and my money back. Even the corporate office agreed with me that what they did was messed up!
Toyota itself doesn't agree with Mr. Zoubi's decision! You might have made a quick buck today, but you lost potential future customers, Toyota of Dallas! You are a bunch of greedy salespeople with no integrity or principle!
You should've just given me my car back instead of trying to screw me over so you can make your change! Now you will lose a ton of future potential business because of me, I can guarantee it! Think about it you guys! You screw me over so you can make a few thousand dollars, but in the longterm you've now lost tens of thousands of dollars from many people in Dallas who will never step foot in your dealership!
And on top of this, people will read this review and know what you did! Listen to the bad reviews, and realize that you are horrible with customer service!
What's even more pathetic is all these managers who claim to be "devoutly religious" but then won't even give a twenty-five year old college student his car back when he was feeling a little nervous about a huge purchase! Disgusting!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not come here!

There customer service is horrible and the sales guys only care about making money. My whole experience was horrible!

I went to the dealership picked a truck out, worked a deal out with the sales rep, agreed with a price and interest rate. Finilized a deal with the finance office.
After it was all said and done they didnt let me see the contract and they folded it up in an envelope and gave it to my wife i didnt think anything of it because we already had a deal made. The finance guy said he was giving me a gift of 5000 dollars worth of extras all i had to is sign one piece of paper to claim it if i needed those extras later. When i got to the house i looked at the contract and the contract was 5000 dollars over the price that we agreed on and the interest rate was higher and instead of 72 months it was up to 76 months. They changed everything we agreed on.
I went back the next business day tried to get them to change the contract to the one we agreed on and give me the 5000 back. They said they couldnt do it so i had to call the insurance for the extras to cancel all the extras.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I even called the president of the dealership he didnt even return my call.
BLACKMAIL
Until all insurance payments are received, YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE RETURNED....
PER TOYOTA, that is company policy.
The insurance personnel handling this claim on this car did call and speak direct. With additonal repiars found later - and why not from DAY 1 were not these 100% repairs found - a 2nd check was written and sent but did not arrive in time to pick up this car...the EXCUSE now is that the car is not ready - ANOTHER BIG LIE...
DO NOT GO THERE FOR REPAIRS!!
FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WON'T BLACKMAIL YOU AND KEEP YOU FROM GETTING YOUR CAR!!

Having reported Toyota of Dallas for deceptive and illegal practices, I never heard back form Gulf States. I even offered audio and video evidence of my allegations but was ignored.
Apparently, Toyota allows their dealer network to do business however they please without any sort of oversight, I would never buy a new Toyota again. Calls to the legal department were received and passed on but no visible action has taken place. Toyota has gone down hill over the last 25 years and continues to become just another large company looking out for the bottom-line.
My buying experience was a 0 out of 10 and Toyota could not care less. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

On Friday May 26, 2017 I went to Toyota of Dallas and negotiated a deal to buy a new Tacoma Pickup truck. I worked with Shahid Kinnare "Sam" the salesman and he told me the truck was available for delivery that day.
In the price we negotiated, I was told there would be a $750 destination charge which was added to the final price. I determined shortly thereafter that Toyota includes this charge in the MSRP Invoice price so I was double charged. In addition, I found that the vehicle was in another city and would take 72 hours to retrieve. Later I spoke to the Sales Manager Steven Christian and reported these problems.
He stated that he could resolve the problem and asked me to meet him at the dealership. I arrived to find that they replaced the original Tacoma I had wanted with a less expensive version without telling me. After I gave Steven the correct MSRP for the original Tacoma, Sales Director Cody Freedom told me I had negotiated too cheap a price and they were losing money. I protested and called out their deception and was told they didn't want my business.
After calling around, I found that Toyota of Dallas has this reputation throughout the region.
Calls made to the Managing Partner Darren Dortch, General Sales Manager Dustin Egbers and the Customer Relations Manager Sarah Mann was not returned. Unfortunately, Toyota of Dallas uses deceptive trade practices which give Toyota products a bad name in the market place.
