Had apt for 60,000 mi maintenance; quoted $174. Thursday, arrived & greeted quickly with "someone will be with you shortly" & then few minutes later another man in tie approached to verify someone taking care of me & offered a drink.

James was my contact & left car to pick up 12:30 that day. Back to check out & told by James everything great & paperwork verifies all good. I pay $174.98 & brag on the service for was impressed with how attentive when arrived. James disappears to get my keys which takes too long.

He returns & now my car not all good & a hose has leak.? This is bit suspicious for again I have my paperwork & no mention of any problems.? My car is 2003 & obviously I do not drive much since just now at 61000 mi.; the hose had to be ordered. (coolant res hose) I am being told I arrived with this issue yet never a sign of leak under my carport and no issue of overheating yet now is detrimental for me to drive so am trapped.?

Again all very suspicious & my personal belief is that they tore the hose & of course took no responsibility and passed their mistake on to me. After much discussion between James & that same man in tie (manager Billy) I am put in rental & told no charge due to circumstances. Hose not due until Wed. so I am of course thinking I have this rental no charge until Wed.

I get call from James on Friday wanting to discuss rental fee?! Beyond belief at how manipulative & deceitful this situation became for told no fee now want $40/day. After too much BS from Billy it was left that they pay 2 days & I pay 2 days for now part due Mon not Wed. Utter BS but they got me in hellacious situation for need car.

Oh also needed splash shield guard so since they had car & had to order hose; gave permission for shield & told price $125 by James. Sat morning get call & car is ready; went from having to wait til Wed to ready on Saturday. This was blessing for now back to no rental fee for again they agreed in end to pay 1st two days. Checking out with Connor & shield priced $170.92?!

There are clasps to connect shield & charged $48.02 for them. OMG such liars...Never so disgusted at the deceit. Connor offered a manager but at this point had enough smoke blown up my butt so just demanded immediate check out & someone to verify all good with rental. Then more BS for no one wanted to check out rental & at this point they proved they were a company who practices in deceitful manipulation, they have my credit card info so NO WAY was taking chance of another lie that issue with rental so again demanded check out of rental & finally got it.

What started as a surprisingly pleasant experience turned in to the typical big CO experience of straight up disgust...I should have known in beginning it was too good to be true. Last note, same shield at Rock Auto $47.58(pd $122.90)/clasps $8.12($48.02)/hose $13.09 ($17.35) I was also charged enviro compliance $7.42 yet all that was paid when got 60,000 mi check $6.68 & no addtnl fluid to rid so just a lil addtnl *** consumer fee I guess.?!

And I after 54 mi on their rental had to top off tank but they put 40 on mine so where is my gas?! LESSON-GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING & SIGNED OFF IN BLOOD but realize they will still try their best at screwing you; think it is criteria of business.
