Bad service

Have a 2023 Toyota Tundra limited. Truck dust inside i have to clean it 2 times a week. Dealer drag there feet and have some sort of excuse every time i take the truck in. Have the truck for 6 mounts now and they didn't fix one of the problems i have. Always an excuse. Other problems i have is rear seatbelts dont work, screen keep disconnecting, breaks noisy, and hybrid system under sead make whistling nois. And for al that they have an excuse. Now they told me i don't look after the truck.

Dealer misleading clients. Mis-commitment and giving a run aroundafter 8 months telling us to either cancel order as Toyota is no more producing hybrids or wait another 4-6 months atleast with no assurity. Unpleasant experience by Toyota Canada

Highlander Hyvrid awaited since October 2021 - Toyota Dealership giving a runaround

I booked a Toyota Highlander in October 2021 and the dealer (Toyota country Hills, Calgary, Alberta, Canada) confirmed a delivery within 2 months time. After 8 months, the Dealer confirmed today that Toyota has shortage of parts and hence cannot produce Hybrid models. The dealer further advised to either wait for another 4-6 months or just cancel the order as there is no guarantee. Is that how Toyota is now going to treat clients? COVID is now over and things are back to normal and hence taking COVID exclude no more works. I’m driving a rented car for past 8 months and it’s literally ridiculous how we are being treated by the dealership. I have an entire chain of emails. Can I please request for an intervention here.
