Don't use this company. They sold a heater to my elderly neighbors who didn't need a replacement in the first place. They claim their heater was old and there were no more replacement parts if needed. They charged them over $3,000.00 for a new unit and new duct-work. When my neighbors called the manufacturer of their old heater, they found out it was still under warranty and repair parts were plentiful, but it was too late. They take advantage of the elderly so please be aware when dealing with this company. How many more people were taken in Delaware County?
