I had messed up and needed help fixing it
I needed help with something that was 100% my fault and ended up with a very nice lady helping me. I did have to call them back which led to her replacing my item for me which was lovely of her plus their hold music was not boring

I've been told my item has been delivered but it hasn't
I got through to an operator very quickly. Turned out I'd probably got a spam email but they were very good at checking the progress of my order, (which hadn't been despatched) and reassuring me it was secure and being processed.
Very courteous and efficient operator.

I didn t get what i ordered .. i have no reaction at all to my complaint.
I payes for a signed version and i did not receive the signed version. THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY RIP YOU OFF .

Updating my personal information
Im a big simply red fan . Mick is the best I just wish they would come to Colorado.
Back stage pass for me would be a life time dream. Service was 100%.
Im all updated now, had some issues on my order because nothing was matching up on pass words Ect. Now Im all good for future orders.
