Townhomes of Regency Place

I have lived at the townhomes of regency place since 1996. When I moved in I did not have a new stove it is crusted with grease which I have worked with for the last 16 years When I moved in 1996 the carpet was new I have cleaned it until it can not be cleaned any more. The staples are sticking out on the steps. When I asked for new carpet for the dining area living room, stairs and hall, I was told that I had to move furniture because the carpet people do not move furniture I did this and when I call was told that I would have to wait until they have other units to carpet. I feel that a remodel for my unit is eminet. When I call she is rude. When I ask for the name of the owner it was not given I was told that if I had a complaint and it would get to the owner My guess is that it will never get to them. For all the money that I have given I am treated like dirt
