Rude unprofessional manager

You guys have the most rudest manager at Townplace Suites in Chattanooga, Tn on McCutcheon Rd. She is very rude to the employees, she walks around with her *** stuck up. She talks to the guess and her employees like theyre nothing. Me and my husband will never stay there EVER again. But one thing I will say your housekeepers were very polite and professional. But that rude *** manager she needs to get herself together. This is very bad business for Townplace. Me and my husband always stay at a Marriott hotel somewhere, but the one on McCutcheon Rd will never be another one.

I had a beautiful welcoming Claudio was so very helpful he made me feel happy that I arrived. The assistant manager was quick to assist me with the issue with the bathroom floor not being cleaned . Assistant manager cleaned it immediately . I was very impressed he didn't look for someone else to do it he did it himself. Greg has been very very helpful every time I speak with him he's very pleasant and he helps me Resolve my issue. Today Jonathan cleaned my room to my liking and I truly appreciate him and his kindness and being so courteous.

Your manager stole my 20 dollars

I rented a for 1 day I gave her a hundred dollars deposit on my credit card the next day I came in at 11 because I was just going to rent a room for a week she had a customer and she took a long time so about time I got there it was past 11 any way I rented a room it was Saturday for one week which she said I need a new deposit and I will get the other deposit back when I did get the deposit back it was 80 dollars she said she charge me a late fee then after I said no your not she laugh and said I already did I told her if she steals any other money from me I'm going to sue you for theft she said I will not get my other deposit and I said if I don't get my money I'm going to slap your face the new girl that works there comes outside while I am in my car and calls me a *** is this how youl treat customers

I was almost kidnapped at this facility. When the police were called they asked me to press charges against the guy and the hotel. I declined because the hotel stayed they would compensate our stay and we had zero reason to return to the hotel. The hotel refunded the amount and then turned around to overdraft our travel account. We only place the money we need for travels in this account. The hotel also refuses to give video evidence to the detective. Photos are shown where they $0 the stay and then turn around and charged us.

I fly out Houston Texas booked a room at the Townsuites hotel and the front desk clerk was very very rude and ignorant. Im trying to contact corporate office before I put this review on Facebook and Instagram and other websites to warn others of this Hotel.

Eviction after 5 weeks of harassment by Housekeeping Manager

I have a daughter who is involved in stealing houses with her husband and lover. She stole my house in January.

I have stayed in several hotels and she phones the manager and says my pet ruins the rooms and I am loud. Then, I am evicted.

If the manager would check with staff, he/she would know this is not true. I was at TownPlace Suites in Lone Tree for six weeks. The manage, Wes Bean, did not even check but gave his new housekeeping manager the task of getting rid of me.

Erin harassed me from the day he arrived.

He enlisted other staff and after 6 weeks at the Lone Tree TownPlace, I was evicted for no reason.

Managers cannot just do this, especially since I was at this extended stay for over 6 weeks. I had written a review on Trip Advisor and the eviction was retaliation for the review.

ZERO INTEGRITY AT MANAGER AND STAFF LEVEL

You can see a review on GOOGLE, 8/2/23, under PL Wilson with only some of the horrendous details of a 93,000 points used stay by a family member at Town Place suites at 2400 Centre SE, Albuquerque, NM on 7/25-8/2/23. Absolutely the worst hotel in the Marriott properties I have ever experienced, not only by staff but Manager Miguel as well. Zero on communication skills, zero on how to deal with issues in their hotel, zero on safety of customer privacy, and a full-court press on my family member being told he wasn't even a registered guest when he absolutely was. All aspects of this stay were absolutely unacceptable--from calling me twice while I was two time zones away (with very confrontative attitudes just wanting to vent yet wouldn't even let me speak and Miguel likely didn't appreciate my immediate feedback, ya think?), accusations from Miguel and staff when none of them had even been to the suite to inquire anything or solve anything, to the zero balance ledger sheet I was given at checkout, to the plethora of declined charges the Chase informed me of, to the $250 room damage charged to my Marriott Visa two hours AFTER I CHECKED OUT. I personally inspected the room at checkout and there was zero damage. Now Manager says he has photos that he has not shared with me--not that I would believe them since I WAS PERSONALLY IN THE ROOM CHECKING OUT THE FAMILY MEMBER. Unbelievable, but there is EVIL and DYSFUNCTIONAL people in every walk of life. Keep your own life simpler, and DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. EVER.

Incidental fees

I stayed at the Townplace suites on Columbiana Dr. COLUMBIA, SC for a few months and I was under the impression that the hotel got to keep the incidental fees. I have recently learned that all those fees were supposed to be released back to my account within a certain amount of time and i have never recieved any of those fees. These stays were any nimber of months in 2022. I would like someone to get back to me and explain what happened to all my money and just bc i didnt know that i was supposed to get my incidentals fee back is not a reason for your hotel to keep my money and take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I find this extremely awful treatment of a regular guest to be horrifying and unforgivable. And i want my money back in my account for every one of those incidentals that i never charged anything to the room and always paid with my card for anything i bought at the front desk.

I've tried to get help from the location I stayed at in Pueblo, CO. They billed the wrong CC. I'm not getting returned calls nor the (800) 535-**** customer service line is a joke.

Its too long to write but to sum it up . Our generator was stolen due to NO security cameras (which is the most ridiculous thing ) The generator was $1200 and NO security cameras. The front desk clerk told us to call the police but she didnt really know what good that would do!! Thanks for taking care of your customers. The staff Decided to move us out of our room that we had paid for the weekend to a lower grade room. We had a room with a jacuzzi and was moved out the next night when we got there. The desk clerk did call my husband and told him our room was booked by another guest. We were in the middle of a benefit we put on for a friend with cancer in Hot Springs so we could not leave and come to hotel. We had a room with jacuzzi due to all the driving and work we were doing only to come back to a small room with our belongings packed by a stranger and a small bath tub If we had known your company didnt have security cameras we would have NEVER stayed there. Oaklawn hotel was the same price WITH security cameras but we try to keep it local not anymore. I am sure nothing will get done about this just like nothing got done about stolen generator or staff moving our personal belongings out of a room we had paid for her weekend. Wrongfully terminated

I would like to speak to someone above the gm Chelsea @ townplace suites in Titusville, Fl. I worked there about 2 months as a housekeeper, and my supervisor Shayla absolutely did not like me. When i worked and she wasnt there i was finished first with no go backs. But, everytime she was over me she would nit pick me. On Sunday April 23, 2023 I spoke directly to the new assistant gm Alison. She told me she was going to keep a close eye and check the last room i cleaned to see if anything was off. About 45 minutes later supervisor Shayla sent me back to the exact room saying it needed re vaccuumed. I went to Alison who was already sitting in the office with Shayla & asked if she found anything wrong with that specific room. At that time assisstant gm Alison (who had only been there a week & came to me to see if i was happy with the job & the convo ended with her saying "absolutely ill check it right now) switched up and started to yell at me saying Shayla was my supervisor & she absolutely DID NOT check the room. While this conversation was taking place front desk girl Sara completely added herself to the conversation (un proffessional) i became upset because at this point i was feeling attacked. I have saved messages from my other supervisor of housekeeping praiing me & other employees stating they see the way she was pin pointing me. Long story short without a write up without anything Alison told me to clock out and go home. The reason i am filing a complaint now is because my medical (medicaid) that ive had since my child was born has been terminated. Even though i opted out of the insurance plan you offer. Also i called one time to speak to my gm Chelsea and never got a call back. The least i could have gotten was a reference to work at another property. I stayed to myself, i did my job. Its very unfair that one person can influence who she wants on her team. Also every single employee never clocked out for theit lunches including supervisors and all smoked weed in their cars for 45 a day. And then when i would finish i would be asked to stay and help working sometimes till 7pm. My mother is a parapalegic and on one occaision i asked to clock out and go check on her. My husband and i share a car and my neice works across the street at days inn. After clocking out and getting permission to go check on my mom & returning to work not even 30 mins later all kinds of things were said about me going accross the street to the Days inn. I am at a loss. I feel i was treated very poorly. And i feel i deserve at least a good reference. I can pass any drug screen. The guests loved me. And i would still love to work for your company. Or like i said at least get a reference. Thank you for taking the time to read this all the way through. Im still very baffled as to why agm Alison came to ME & then switched around. And also hurt that Chelsea wont even call me to let me explain my side of the story. I understand i was still in my 90 day probation. But, this was a huge slap in the face. Principles should come before personal opinions. And Shayla Edminson is very very wrong for how she treated me. None of my co workers have even checked on me for fear they will get in trouble. There has to be some way of helping me. Thank you.

Not the right room

I am going to stay for long stay I asked to have a room with lake view but the room dont have the facility to work. Kitchen is dirty all cabinets. With grease , bathroom was not clean when arrived to room , my door dont have lock is broken the curtain of the window room is dirty , this room was not. Prepared for a new guest e en though I informed to the front desk they told me. They were full. Cant do nothing at the moment I came to work to this state. I will be for more than 1 month. This is not the same treatment as the first time I stayed in April nor the room this room needs an update the table its not stable / the legs of the table are not safe and the stove. Is crack so dont know if is safe to use utensils are dirty too! Awful!!

No package, rude front desk clerk?

The general manager was actually the woman I spoke to when I phoned after leaving the same day without my Amazon delivery. Amanda curtly told me that they had called my room 2 times but I was not there? I asked why they didn't leave a message because they knew I would be leaving the next day? She informed me they did what they needed to, very rudely. I had a sick dog and I was out of the room a lot that day. They knew this but had zero compassion or want to let me know of my package after they tried 2 times? I even went up and asked for help from the front desk that evening, but the young man didn't inform me of my package at all.
