Went through my medication bag in my car
Would very much like to know who to contact in regards to this matter. Since I don't, I would like to warn others who use the valet parking service at the Glickman building.
Make sure there is nothing of ANY value in your car! I know this but have never had a problem. I have a bag of prescription meds I need to carry in my car. I was at Cleveland clinic twice yesterday.
I used valet parking twice. The second time it took more than 25 minutes to get my car back the second time. I didn't complain to attendant. The attendant mentioned they were short staffed that day.
Went to get my meds out of my car this morning. My medication bag was opened & had obviously been gone through extensively.
Would be thief had left bag wide open too! BEWARE
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
