David Ruberti , Town assessor of Franklin, MA took money from me in lieu of paying higher axes to the town of Franklin, MA. Apparently, he has done this to others.
People should know who this man really is. He solicits you withn his scheme; If you pay him directly, he stated that your taxes would not go up the following year. I trusted David, the town assessor. My taxes still went up.
I am an elderly woman on social security who cannot afford any increases. As a result, I went for his scheme. Warning, DO NOT TRUST David F. Ruberti.
The Town should fire him and prosecute him for fraud. I don't think his wife, Nidia L.
