Bought a car, paid 18k with extended warranty. Car has electrical issues. Took car in. TE Ford took it to Richardson Crysler-Jeep to evaluate. Nobody calls to inform of any progress. Week goes by. Tech calls wife to ask what's going on with car. Apparently noone was told by TE Ford what problem was. No work done, warranty not covering issue, drove 120 miles roundtrip and car was NOT fixed. This is the most inept, idiotic, lazy bunch of excuses for humans I've ever encountered. I will never buy another car there or take one in for service and suggest none of you do either.

2019 Fiesta

Lets just say, this was the biggest mistake and I am totally lost and stuck at the same time. The worst feeling especially knowing that you have a $19k bill for a ford fiesta and a 84 month note. I really feel taken advantage of. Please do your homework and research prior to purchasing a vehicle. I now have back pain, my legs hurt because it is uncomfortable. Shortly after driving the car and realizing the mistake I made the transmission is not good and i'm told the rmp or mpr is idle to high so the car acts like its going to stop. Plus there's no chances of a trade in which is scary. You may have a better chance going to Honda or Kia.

I think this is on purpose. They knew this was a bad carbit wont put me in another vehicle...

Town East Ford seized our car after contract was signed & refuses to reimburse me!

After signing our contract on a brand new car and paying 750 cash of the 3000 down pymt (they agreed I could payout utnil 6/7), they seized the vehicle from my place of employment with NO WARNING! Refusing to reimburse me. They were offered the remainder of our down pymt in CASH, but had to get the 'ok' from the owner and we had to "promise" we wouldnt bad mouth them & had to give them a good rating when called for a survey. BLACKMAIL!!? The owner declined and they still refuse to give me my money! Just SO FAR, Ive reported to Federal Trade Commission, Tx Attorney General and Ford Motor Co.

Don't feel bad, purchasing a vehicle after knowing you were ripped off and a huge balance on your credit. The worst mistake I made so feel yourself as lucky
