Towmaxx Towing Service

they were awesome, i broke down at 3am and called every towing company but towmaxx due to tall the bad reviews but for my surprise they showed up within 15 min put my car on the flat bed and took me home, only charged me to hook my car and took off the price for the miles i will defiantly be using this company aging

Inexperienced personnel towed the car. It would not move, they dragged the car screaching the tires until they had it out of the parking spot.

They went to the front of the car to tow. They dragged the car and the rear bumber and clips fell off and extensive damage was done underneath. The car was dragged to the entrance of the complex to an awaiting flatbed. I went to retrieve the vehicle and witnessed the damage which they denied.

It's funny how towmaxx always replies to bad reviews in a timely manner but never has time to answer their phones to assist their "clients", or better said, their victims. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

They are a huge nightmare and they're proud to be. Their level of disregard and unprofessionalism is mind blowing. I have been a victim of Towmaxx multiple times and each and every time they stole 150+ dollars from me or my guests. They hire the worst of the worst people to do such dirty job: to deceive and steal.

Myself and many other residents of this apt complex are sick and tired of such harassment from Towmaxx. They ilegally tow your vehicles and claim it was Oncall Patrol's fault. Funny enough the people from both companies are connected so the money they steal stay in "the family". Towmaxx has damaged mine and many other cars of people I know.

It cost me over 500$ to fix the damage they did to my car. Towmaxx's drivers have also violated laws by not letting go of my vehicle when I arrived at the scene during the moment of towing. Companies are supposed to release vehicle upon owner's arrival during the time of towing the car. The yard they keep the vehicles is dirty and such a mess.

They only take CASH , they dont take credit/debit cards or checks, which besides putting their victims in a complicated position, also makes easier for towmaxx to cheat on their number, as they do. I understand that at the end of the day they must do their job, but they dont just do their job, they illegally tow vehicles and tell you to file dispute with oncall patrol, which means even if your vehicle getting towed was not your fault, you still have to pay the price.
