Fifth Wheel Review

We own a 2013 heartland Big Country fifth wheel purchased in January of 2013. It has been in the dealership service department for 9 months out of the first year for multiple different problems. Our biggest problem so far has been water damage major water damage. However we also have big time tire problems we've had two blowouts and to the shredding and they are the title max tires at Hartland uses. At our own expense and labor at 76 years old we have fought them the dealership manufacturer and the tire company and have had to go ahead and pack things up and ship them to Canada so that they can do their testing to find out why. We know why there is no cause on our account other than driving only 400 miles have been put on these tires. The unit has been stored on vinyl covered timbers under oak trees or in the dealership on their hot asphalt. This is by no fault of hours but they will not support or back out. Be cautious and stay away from Hartland RV products that have the Towmax tires on it.
