Horrible Fraudulent Liars !

AI Highlights
  • Tower deal: single annual payment for 10 years.
  • Promised 50/50 upgrades and tenants; then sold back to Crown Castle; hard to reach; fraud claims.

Offered a deal to get tower, wouldn’t pay monthly or buy out. Just one annual payment for 10 years.

You’re they’re partner and a 50/50 split for upgrades and new tenants. Well, they recorded the deal, assuring us they would be working on new tenants and upgrades and profits would be huge. Then, immediately after SOLD right back to Crown Castle. Trying to get someone on the phone is like trying to move mountains.

They lied and the sad thing, they lied and committed fraud to elderly people.

Despicable company that preys on innocent people. Anyone who can provide assistance in bringing them to the forefront PLEASE reply !!!!

Cons:
  • Absolutely everything

TowerPoint agents have been in contact with us about the tower on our land in NC. We sought legal advice for our initial contract with Airgate in 2003 but was unable to find a lawyer, agency or consultant that worked on behalf of the landowner.

Still searching in 2019 for that assistance. Definitely getting screwed by an industry that works hand in hand with each other to gradually present and manipulate situations to eventually take control of the land, lease and all monetary gains away from the small unprotected landowner.

Shameful BULLIES trying to steal Elem. school property

AI Highlights
  • The lawsuit involves CCG and SPVI, now Towerpoint Capital.
  • Alleges use of multiple names and shells to lure investors and divert lease revenue.

This .... appears to be a PONZI SCHEME.

Tough to run down all the many different names - or "shells" used to entice unsuspecting investors and cell tower owners to go with them. We are in a 4 year law suit with CCG and an unknown SPVI who now evidently is Towerpoint Capital. CCG is hiding so we cannot find the right person to depose. Maybe now we found them.

Here is the underhanded - dirty trick. CCG knew that the cell tower was already sold in 2003 to my close friend and he was paying off the purchase price via the cell tower income stream to the original land owner. CCG was greedy and so was the landlord and together they actually CONSPIRED TOGETHER and drew up papers that gave CCG the rights to school property that was contingent to the cell site and the lease revenue in spite of the fact that the lease clearly states that the "lease runs with the land". My friend made the final payment on the land and has the deed which guarantees him the revenues & lease that "runs with the land" and still the "ghost" CCG (whoever-wherever they are) through their lawyer is hanging onto the cell site revenue illegally which is only $700 per month - and is claiming school property that was properly deeded in 2003 - before CCG came into existence.

This company should be ashamed of causing the tiny school to fight these BULLIES for their own property. By the look of what we are seeing with the multi-names used and changed - it look very suspicious that they may be a PONI SCHEME as they seek many different investors and so called "selling" the cell tower revenues over and over to many.

I think the FBI AND THE SEC should investigate these companies. Searching and finding Towerpoint Capital with the same Corp Principals - might prove to be interesting.

Tower Point Capital is NOT a respected leader in anything but a deceptive call center attempting to wrestle lease, and land rights, from ill informed cell tower landlords and land lease holders. DoNOT engage with this company, on any level.

Nyanna Jgt

The leadership at TowerPoint Capital wants to address the above unsubstantiated claim. Neither TowerPoint Capital nor CCG or any of the firm’s current or previous executives have ever been defendants in any lawsuit arising from the firm’s business practices since our founding in 2007.

We invite anyone to contact us directly at 678-775-0361 to discuss any matter related to our company. TowerPoint Capital has a long standing A+ rating from The Better Business Bureau and we are proud to be part of an industry that over the years has deployed billions of dollars of value to real estate owners both large and small across the country.

I think anyone having to do with cell phone towers is the devil's assistant.

Blasting all of those microwaves around everything, everywhere, all the time will absolutely be proven to be detrimental to human health.

Of course, you money interest only types will try to squash any notion of truth.

I hope you all lose all your money ; like pirates sinking their ship in a storm.

Torrifini,

We are not for CCG SPVi or Towerpoint. We would be happy it they get their towers off this area.

These crooks didn't do business with us...

They have actively stolen use of the school property without the school's consent and put in their infrastructure in on week-ends and at night when they can't get caught in the act.. They are BULLIES WITH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS and they should be stopped.

The company (TowerPoint Capital) appears to be looking to fine inefficiency in the marketplace with uneducated site owners. TPC offers 20% below current market value and threatens that sites are going away, only to sell the site immediately to either Crown Castle or Landmark.

Nyanna Jgt

Our company is a respected leader in the industry and summarily rejects the anonymous claims as fraudulent and unsubstantiated. We strongly encourage readers of these posts to contact us directly at 678.775.0366 with any questions and/or concerns as we will be happy to address them.
